Our story
Deeptimize is the shared vision and collaboration of two sports-loving AI PhDs: Antoine Pirovano and Guillaume Vaudaux-Ruth. Their encounter marked the beginning of a unique adventure driven by a common ambition: to endow sports organizations with the best technologies to transform video analysis and to provide fans, spectators, and bettors with immersive experiences.
In August 2021, leveraging his research in artificial intelligence, Antoine founded Deeptimize. Inspired by his own athletic challenges, he aimed to combine AI and sports to enhance athlete performance. Guillaume joined the journey in April 2022 as co-founder and CTO. Expert in Deep Learning applied to video processing and judo enthusiast, Guillaume brings essential and unique technical expertise to Deeptimize.
Today, Deeptimize is a team of 20 passionate individuals dedicated to transforming sports analysis through AI. We currently focus on football, rugby, basketball, tennis, and judo, but our ambition is to extend our technological expertise to even more disciplines.
Our goal is clear: to become the global leader in computer vision for sports video analysis and bring our technologies to clubs, federations, and sports enthusiasts worldwide.
